Lead Esthetician

We are actively searching for a lead esthetician with a desire to work in a
medical spa environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience using medical-grade products and a
talent for making clients feel pampered and valued. If you are an experienced
esthetician and you have exceptional customer service skills we want to talk to
you!
Responsibilities include:
1. Conduct treatment consultations with clients.
2. Ability to review client history for possible contraindications.
3. Identify client goals and recommend services and products to achieve optimal
results while ensuring client safety.
4. Perform non-invasive spa services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion &
facials.
5. Educate clients on necessity for home care and recommend products to meet
their skincare needs.
6. Regular follow-up with clients after treatments.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Required skills:
1.Previous experience performing chemical peels, microdermabrasion & facials in
a spa or medical spa environment and ability to achieve optimal results for
clients.
2. Knowledge of and ability to sell medical-grade skincare product lines.
3. Exceptional customer retention skills.
4. Ability to cross-sell or up-sell other services.
Job location is Modesto
Compensation: Hourly/Commission
